Renowned sound engineer and Music producer Emmanuel Mallet popularly known as Zapp Mallet in the music fraternity, took shade at Sarkodie for pairing him with a number of music producers.
There is a trend now that music producers and musicians challenge each other with the hits they have produced as a way of calming their nerves.
Sarkodie who was excited about how the challenge was successful elsewhere decided to call on some award-winning music producers to jump on the challenge in Ghana.
The rapper called on producers like, Zapp Mallet, Jay Q, Appietus, Kaywa, Hammer, KIllbeatz and MoG.
However, Zapp, who felt disrespected to be paired with these youngsters, looking at how long he had been in the game and his contribution registered his discontent on twitter.
The veteran Sound engineer wrote on Twitter: "There is something called respect which is lacking in Ghana today. For instance, you don't compare somebody who was churning out hits before you made Kindergarten with your mate who just started a couple of years back. Show some respect, You will also get there
Nevertheless fans of Sarkodie also expressed their displeasure for Zapp Mallet's attitude towards their boss Sarkodie under the tweet thread of the music producer.
