Many footballers are currently on break as a result of the outbreak of the Corona virus pandemic. As a way of getting the footballers in shape and in form for their profession any day, a challenge was initiated on Twitter with the hashtag #StayAtHomeChallenge by Tommy Thompson of San Jose Earthquakes. In the video, the American footballer was seen exhibiting his football skills and challenged all footballers to join the challenge.
The challenge was really fun because many players joined and exhibited their skills to the world. Some of the players that took part in the challenge are Anthony Martial, Bruno Ferdinand, Granit Xhaka, Tommy Thompson himself among others.
Christian Benteke just like all of the above mentioned players also took part in the challenge. In the video that went viral, Benteke was seen jamming to Ofeetso, a song by Ghana's most decorated rapper Sarkodie. Benteke is a Belgian international who plays for London based club Crystal Palace.
